“I joined Northgate Sixth Form early 2023, having previously worked within an Early Years environment. My role is to support students with study skills, help them to manage their study time and keep track of attendance. I am also here to offer support when students feel overwhelmed and just want someone to talk to.

Since joining the team I have seen how committed everyone is to building positive relationships with all the students and how they continuously look for ways to support students’ needs whether academically or pastorally. 

Although my role now is very different from my previous role, I feel passionately about making a difference in a student’s life so they are able to reach their full potential.”
