"I have worked at Northgate High School since 2006 as a Psychology Teacher and an Assistant Head of Sixth Form. It is such a fantastic place to work! I am proud to be part of such a dedicated team of professionals who go above and beyond to educate and support the students in all areas of their lives. Northgate's pastoral support is exceptional, all of our students are treated as unique individuals and offered bespoke support from staff throughout their time with us. Many of our year 11 students stay on to study in the sixth form because of the exceptional quality of teaching and the personal support they receive. Our vibrant sixth form offers students a wide range of enrichment activities, including volunteering and work experience opportunities, the ambassador scheme, membership of a variety of clubs and societies, and bespoke careers support, in addition to their academic education. Our main goal has always been to make sure that our students' academic achievement and overall school experience, is of the highest possible standard, the staff go above and beyond to make sure the school never stops improving."
